Uploading Count Data

To obtain useful data from your counter device, it must first be processed by the DataDevil server.

If your tablet has an Internet connection, the easiest way of uploading the data is by simply clicking the 'Upload All Count Data' button in the menu of the counter app. Once the data has been safely delivered to the server, you will recieve a confirmation message and a receipt number.

The receipt is useful for your enumerators to prove that they did submit some data to the server, and so it can be identified in case there are any unforeseen problems.

If your counter does not have an Internet connection, you can upload the 'tcp-data.bin' file to our server by connecting it to your PC with a USB cable.
