The cordon entering/exiting totals data file should be in comma separated format as shown below.

The seed data file should be in comma separated format as shown below.

Seed Data File:	(max. 100kB)
Fix File Seed Data:	(do not expand any seed data from the file)

(where origin and destination sites are the same)
